Clinical Openings

  • MRI Tech, Mobile County
    • We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing MRI examinations for diagnostic purposes, preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and producing high-quality diagnostic images. The MRI Technologist will follow established MRI safety protocols and work closely with physicians and clinical staff to support timely, high-quality patient care. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced orthopaedic environment are essential for success in this role. Current ARRT certification and applicable state licensure are required. MRI certification (ARRT-MR) and previous MRI experience are preferred.
  • Clinical Lead, Mobile & Baldwin County
    • The Orthopaedic Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinic Lead. This leadership role works closely with one of our physicians while overseeing the daily clinical workflow to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient care.
      • Responsibilities include serving as the physician’s primary clinical lead, coordinating and supporting medical assistants, managing patient flow, assisting with patient evaluations and treatment, applying braces and splints, educating patients on treatment plans, and helping maintain an organized, efficient clinic environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys leading a team while delivering outstanding patient care.
      • Current certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC), is required. Previous leadership or orthopaedic clinic experience is preferred.
  • X-Ray Tech (PRN), Mobile County
    • The Orthopaedic Group is seeking a PRN X-Ray Technician to join our team in Mobile County. This flexible, as-needed position plays a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging while supporting our physicians and clinical staff in delivering exceptional orthopaedic care.
      • Responsibilities include obtaining high-quality diagnostic x-ray images, preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures, explaining the imaging process to ensure patient comfort, and adhering to all radiation safety and imaging protocols. The X-Ray Technician will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support accurate diagnoses and efficient patient care while helping maintain a smooth clinic workflow.
      • The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to exceptional patient care are essential. Current ARRT certification and Alabama licensure (or eligibility) are required.

    • The Orthopaedic Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team. Working alongside a supervising orthopaedic surgeon, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions in both the clinic and surgical settings.
      • Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, educating patients, assisting during surgical procedures, and providing follow-up care.
      • Qualified candidates must hold a current Alabama CRNP or PA-C license and possess excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Orthopaedic or surgical experience is preferred but not required.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant, (PTA Full-Time), Mobile County
    • We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recording patient progress and reporting treatment results to the Physical Therapist. The PTA will provide direct patient care, implementing treatment plans through exercises and other therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, and a compassionate approach to patient care. A current PTA license is required, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in rehabilitation.
  • PRN Nurse, Mobile County
    • The Orthopaedic Group, P.C. is seeking a dependable and patient-focused PRN Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. This position provides flexible, as-needed coverage across our clinic locations and supports physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff in delivering exceptional orthopaedic care.
      • The ideal candidate is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and is committed to providing outstanding patient care. This role may provide coverage in both Mobile and Baldwin County locations as staffing needs arise.
      • As a PRN Nurse, you will assist with patient assessments, obtain medical histories, document patient information in the electronic medical record, provide patient education, coordinate care plans, communicate with patients regarding testing and treatment recommendations, and assist physicians with clinic procedures as needed. You will work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
      • The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach to patient care.

Clerical Openings

  • Patient Processor, Fairhope, AL.
    • We are seeking a Patient Processor to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting patients with check-in procedures using kiosks, verifying insurance eligibility, and obtaining necessary referrals by communicating with patients and healthcare providers. The Patient Processor will also handle payment transactions and ensure accurate preparation of charts for upcoming clinic days. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple tasks while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients.
  • Phone Room Operator (Part-Time) Mobile County
