Office Hours
Our normal office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; phones are answered between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Our doctors are available by phone, 24 hours a day. If you are calling after normal hours, call our main number at (251) 476-5050 and an answering service will take your information and relay it to the appropriate physician as soon as possible.
Appointments
To schedule an appointment, call (251) 450-2746 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Medical emergencies are seen at any time, and many can be managed in the office. A call ahead is often all it takes to make the necessary arrangements. Since emergencies take precedence, they may occasionally disrupt the routine appointment schedule.

Cancellations
If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least a day in advance so we can give your time to another patient. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you cannot give 24 hours notice, please call as soon as you know you will be unable to keep your time. If you miss an appointment for any reason, please do not come into the office without first rescheduling another appointment.
