Office Hours
Our normal office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; phones are answered between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Our doctors are available by phone, 24 hours a day. If you are calling outside of normal hours, please call our main number at (251) 476-5050 and follow the prompts. Someone from our office will contact you.

To schedule an appointment, call (251) 476-5050 or use our self-scheduling option Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our OrthoASAP Walk-In Clinic does not require an appointment is open Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm, Saturday 8 am-3 pm.

Cancellations
If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least a day in advance so we can give your time to another patient. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you cannot give 24 hours notice, please call as soon as you know you will be unable to keep your time. If you miss an appointment for any reason, please do not come into the office without first rescheduling another appointment.
