Johnna joined The Orthopaedic Group, P.C.’s insurance team in November of 2023 at our Fairhope office. Her supervisor, Brandi Lee, says, “Johnna has been a great asset to the business office team. She has been able to make great strides in resolving surgery claims assigned to her. Once she takes ownership of a claim, she doesn’t stop until the claim is paid, or all avenues have been taken. We appreciate all of the hard work she puts in every day!”
