A big shout-out to Donovan Martin, RT, the July 2024 Employee of the Month!
Donovan joined us in December 2022 after a long career in the urgent care setting. His primary assignment began at our Airport Blvd. office, but he is now able, and always willing, to cover any location where he is needed, on both sides of the bay.
According to Jennfier Lott, “Donovan has a fantastic attitude and has such a joyful personality. I am so thankful that he is part of the x-ray team.”
His colleagues say, “Donovan is a fun person to work with! He’s always so friendly and does a fantastic job making sure patients feel comfortable during their X-rays. His positive attitude and willingness to help makes the working environment more enjoyable.” Another coworker said, “You can tell he cares about the patients and takes his time.”
Not only did his coworkers have great things to say, but so did some of the patients! A patient at our Saraland office shared,”The young gentleman who ‘took my picture’ is so sweet. I am a slow old lady, and he just talked to me and helped me get my sling off without hurting my shoulder.”
