Sydney joined The Orthopaedic Group, P.C. team on July 30, 2019, where she started as a patient processor before transferring to a clinical position. She worked as Dr. Wallace’s clinic lead until his retirement; since then, she has been the DME Coordinator for the Saraland Office.
According to Sydney’s coworkers, “She is the sweetest person in the office; she’s super knowledgeable about her job, cares about patients, answers their questions, and eases concerns. She is just an all-around incredible employee.” They also shared, “Sydney always gives the highest level of service to every person that enters the building. She helps out in every department and does an awesome job.” They also said, “Sydney is always willing to help. She always goes above and beyond for patients. She treats everyone with respect. Sydney is an all-around great coworker.”
