Congratulations to Jennifer Fincher, our January 2022 Employee of the Month! Jennifer has been a member of The Orthopaedic Group, P.C. team for over 18 years. On October 27, 2003, she joined us as a Patient Processor at our Airport Boulevard location and transferred to the therapy department, where she currently works.
According to Jennifer’s co-workers, “She is a fun person to work with and always helps when people have questions.” They go on to say, “Jennifer is a great person who cares about her co-workers and the patients we treat!”

We’ve worked in many roles and departments together over the years, and she is genuinely kind and one of the funniest people I know! She truly cares about the practice and the patients we treat.
