Norma began her career with The Orthopaedic Group, P.C. on Wednesday, May 21, 2003, in our transcription department that she now manages!
Norma’s coworkers said, “You could not ask for a more helpful person. Over the many years, Norma has gone out of her way to help with a couple of issues and is a real team player!”
Jennifer Lott, Director of Operations, says, “In addition to ensuring our transcription is done in a timely manner, she handles the scheduling of depositions letters and plays a big role in getting records out to referring physicians. Norma always offers to help in any way she can- even if it’s unrelated to her department. She’s a great asset to TOG, and we are so lucky to have her on our team.”
