Jacob R. Alsobrook, OTR/L, joins The Orthopaedic Group, P.C. in our Occupational Therapy Department. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and went on to earn his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of South Alabama.
Jacob’s interest in occupational therapy comes from his experience – a high school football injury requiring surgery and rehabilitation. He was inspired by the rehabilitation process that enabled him to return to the activities he loved most.
Jacob takes a holistic approach to treating patients, creating therapy plans utilizing therapeutic efforts to improve the patient’s quality of life directly. He maintains an active lifestyle, running and lifting weights. In his spare time, he enjoys being a foodie with his wife, taking beach trips, skating at the skate park, and playing pickleball with friends.
