No Show Policy

About Cancellations and Rescheduling

When you schedule an appointment, diagnosis test, or procedure, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, get in touch with our office as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us time to schedule other patients waiting for an appointment.

MRI Appointment: $50

In-Office Procedure: $100 

New Therapy Evals: $50

The fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company, and is due at the time of the patient’s next office visit. As a courtesy, you can opt-in to receive text messages and/or emails as a reminder of your upcoming appointment. If you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above Policy will remain in effect. We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs, and you may be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances, please contact our office as soon as possible to make us aware of the situation.

How To Cancel Your Appointment

You may make and cancel office appointments with The Orthopaedic Group 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using our online scheduling feature at TheOrthoGroup.com/appointments. You can reach our office Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm, to cancel office procedures. In addition, you can contact the MRI department at 251-450-1270 Monday-Friday 6 am-7 pm, Saturday-Sunday 7 am-7 pm.
