Dr. Jeff Conrad finished 3rd in his age category; relay Team Spain, consisting of Dr. Keith Spain and his wife, Molly Spain, finished 3rd in their category; and Hannah Dunn, PA-C, finished 2nd in the first-timers category!
The Grandman Triathlon is an athletic event by Mobile Baykeeper. It showcases Mobile Bay and encourages a healthy lifestyle that incorporates swimming, fishing, and playing in beautiful waters.
Dr. Conrad is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in Orthopaedic Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He specializes in sports medicine and shoulder surgery, consisting of shoulder arthroscopy, arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs, arthroscopic instability repair, and shoulder arthroplasty, including reverse shoulder arthroplasty and shoulder reconstruction and shoulder fracture fixation. He also specializes in knee arthroscopy, knee ligament reconstructions, and cartilage restoration procedures, including autologous chondrocyte implantation.
Dr. Spain, a non-surgical and regenerative sports medicine specialist, is board-certified in Family Medicine and fellowship-trained in sports medicine. Dr. Spain specializes in the non-surgical treatment of orthopedic injuries and conditions and medical conditions in athletes of all ages and abilities. He has a particular interest in diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound, minimally invasive procedures, and regenerative medicine in our Sports Medicine Center.
Hannah Dunn, PA-C, graduated from Troy University with her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. She went on to earn her Masters of Science in Sport Management in 2016 and then her Masters in Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of South Alabama. Hannah has worked in Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina as an athletic trainer, notably gaining valuable experience as a Division I NCAA athletic trainer. She provides patient care with the team of Dr. Jeff Conrad and Dr. Trevor Stubbs, serving as a Certified Physician Assistant.
