Using our online scheduling tool, you can make new patient and follow-up appointments along with canceling an already scheduled appointment. If you do not see a time that works for you, please call our office during regular business hours. M-F 8 am-4:30 pm.
If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least one day in advance so we can give your time to another patient. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you cannot give 24 hours’ notice, please call as soon as you know you will be unable to keep your time. If you miss an appointment for any reason, please do not come into the office without first rescheduling another appointment.
